The two-storey full brick, five bedroom home with white window frames, was a time capsule of the '70s, complete with mauve bath and basin, multi-hued mosaic tiles, and top-to-toe patterned carpet and wallpaper.
In 2012, no.4 Oak Street was one of the most recognisable homes in the nation. 'Debbie's house' in the television series Puberty Blues used to stand there but it has now been replaced by a new designer duplex which will go to auction next month.
It's unrecognisable now but a Cronulla address that shot to national stardom seven years ago is once again in the spotlight.
